Last time I checked it'd be pretty danm hard to sue google. The most have one helllllll of a case.

Yeah, basically people were paying for "clicks" (Google Ad-Words), and the clicks they recieved weren't authentic, or something to that accord. Fradulent clicks I believe is the key word. I got the email too, the attachment isn't a virus or anything, it just explains what's going on.

This is old news (I thought). There is a class action suit against Google (Adwords, specifically), and as OldManWrigley said...the case is regarding fraudulent clicks.

i've spent like 6 grand on adwords before...should i just not say anything so i'm included in the suit and i'll get some credit for adwords? is that what we're supposed to do?
