Alternative to iTunes

I try to import mp4 and m4v files on my iTunes, and it keeps giving me errors stating that they have to shut down the program.........what the fuck?

any alternative to iTunes that will allow me to transfer videos to my iPOD?

Nero 7 is the program that comes with Nero Recode so Google it, and Limewire, well, I'm sure you've heard of it.

Nero Recode changes any file type into mp4 format.
