sending money with paypal

i was wondering if theres any way to send money using paypal without verifying your acount or adding a credit card. becuase my sending limit is zero right now

How's this. No, you can not send money if you don't register a credit card or a bank account. It's impossible. It doesn't matter what your balance is. I've been there, done that, tried that, gotten angry at it, and finally realized it's impossible to move money out of your account without a credit card or a bank account, unless you want to request a check.

I'm not sure if it's because I've been with paypal so long.... but just up until a month ago, I was sending and receiving money as an "unverified" person. I signed up with paypal when they weren't so popular... when they use to give us $20 - $25 a person for each person who we got to sign up. That was the only reason I signed up and starting getting my whole family on board. My CC was on file with them though, but it wasn't "verified". It was not until about a month or two ago when I had to get my account verified and upgraded.

here's my situation

i signed up to pay people for some trades. I'm not verified, but they won't accept my bank account, saying it's invalid or something. it's a savings account, so i'm wondering if my bank won't allow them to deposit money or something.

anyways, how do i go about sending money? if i can add a cc, do i send money to my paypal account by charging it to my cc? i don't really want to do that, but i don't know what else to do.

also, can i have my parents or someone send me the money from thier paypal to mine, and then can i send that out? thanks

I'm gonna have to disagree with you. you can send money wherever you want if it's in your account. I'm not sure what you were trying to do, but I have a personal account that is not registered with any bank OR credit card, and I have sent money out of it... so I'm gonna have to disagree.

I'm really not sure and I would hate to give you wrong answers. Call them. They are real helpful, because afterwards they have to give you a survey via email.
