It is not at all unusual for sites selling contraband to liclaimli it is legal. Ask any police officer, lawyer, or just do the legal research yourself. Again, why do you think they're offshore and having problems with customs seizures?

LOL, if it is 100% identical to the authentic ones, down to the holographic emblems as they claim, then it is not "their own design" nor is it copyrighted by them. The only way they would have any value is if they could pass for the real thing, which makes them ILLEGAL.

Selling, purchase, AND possession is illegal, not just use. Look it up, and not on a forum or on a fake ID site. Try a law library. ;)

A guy I used to work with has a fake and it cost him $80 and said it has always worked to get him into bars and stuff.

OMW, it varies by state and depending on how it was being used when caught.

To be honest, I wouldn't use my fake ID to get alcohol; I can just ask a college student to do that. I'd probably use mine to go skydiving, which is illegal for anyone under 18 around where I live.

a lot of these sites are run by cops and have certain things that cops are taught to pick out so its easier to tell if its a fake or not....i dont know if this site is but u have to be careful.

It's not exactly hard for a minor to get alcohol to begin with, I don't know why you would need a fake ID.

Seriously, if you are in high school, I can almost guarantee, with 99.99% certainty, you can get alcohol from someone. You may have to pay extra for it, unless you can find someone directly who is 21 that will buy for you.

most places have a machine they put the id in, and will tell if its real or not.. so unless they are replicating the strip on the back, it won't pass..

I would highly recommend you do NOT order off of this site. Not becuase I think it is legally risky but because i don't think you'll get what you pay for. I'd be willing to bet you'll either gete a terrible id or nothing at all (most likely). The online fake id business is actually pretty big but I think that 90% or something of these sites are complete scams... with bogus reviews and even entire online forums running to make them look real. Unless you know someone personally who successfully ordered off it than i would stay way. Funny how a professional looking web site makes an illegitimate company look very legit.

Well it is me and 4 friends...so it is $20 each. I saw that ripoff report and there are two bad reviews. I don't know if this is gonna be a scam or not. I am deciding if $20 is worth the risk.

And I would not just get the ID for alcohol. I know people who could get me alcohol (It would just be a lot easier with a fake). I would use it to get a hotel or to rent a lakehouse.

here are 3 reasons why it's a scam

1) No address listed.
-- Primarily because they don't want authorities coming and snitching their stuff, but hey, if it keeps you from finding them too, great.

2) Western Union.
-- Western Union money orders are the biggest scam unless you know who you're sending it to, etc. I don't know but that right there is like "RED FLAG"

3) Fake ID
-- it's a fake id you're ordering, it won't look real.

Buy one.

Do the right thing and wait until you're 21.. It's not worth going through the hassle.. and being 21 isn't all what it's cracked up to be.

That's true too. I'm not 21 yet one more year, but shit i know it'll be the same as it was when I 19 or 20. Besides I've had alcohol already, which wasn't too tasty or fun I might add.

I have friends that got busted with fake ID's when they were like 20. After they got a lawyer and reduced the charges they still payed like $2000.

drink gasoline. dont have to be 21 to buy that. btw in florida if you are caught with an altered ID it is just a 500$ fine. If you are caught with a fake ID it is a 5000$ fine with a 30 day jail sentence.

THIS REVIEW SITE IS FAKE! i was once about to buy a fake id online, but i read alot of info online, and that exact site is featured as being a hoax and paid for by the fake fake id sites...BEWARE!

Fake ID punishment in Kansas isn't near as harsh as other states I guess... first time it is a $200-$500 fine, 2nd its like $1000 or so, but the liquor store in my town, if you know the guy who owns it and you have the balls to walk in and put it on the counter he will sell it to you... My brother turns 21 in 3 weeks, so i'll just have him go get a new ID and i'll buy his old one shrug

Are you going to be in dorm in college?.. very easy to find a good fake there. With a couple hundred dollars startup money its very easy to make professional looking fake ids, and lots of people know this and sell them now, just ask around.

Also, whoever said that in florida if you're caught with a fake id you'll be put in jail for 30 days and fined $5000, r u kidding?? That is not happening for your neighborhood alchohol bust. unless you're usin that id to get on a plane or somethin it won't be more than a few hundred, probation, maybe someother stuff.

The word gets spread pretty quickly when people are making good IDs. Lot of my other friends have gotten IDs from people at Iowa State (my school), Northern Illinois, and Wisconsin-Madison. Moral of the story is its not that hard to find somebody who makes good fakes, just ask around to everyone you know.

Being 21 IS what it is cracked up to be and any of you saying it isn't I'm guessing is just a fucking computer geek who has no offline friends to get drunk with, or is just a total pussy. With my fake I can head to the bar whenever, or just pick up a case and finish it whenever. I know I can get booze in a half hour or less any time of day even without the ID, but just being able to buy it myself is nice.

we made shitty out of state licences with a camera, photshop and some templates we found on DC hubs. They work fine for buying beer at the convinence stores, but the whole idea about buying a good fake ID is to get into clubs and bars.

also my friends got busted for failure to ID, bottom line if you get busted make sure of 2 things. 1 you keep your fake ID in a different pocket that way the cops might not find it. 2 dont try and lie and say you are 21, just take your MIP 12 hrs of community service and pay $400.

my friends thought they could lie, and that cost them $2000.

I've done my fair share of drinking even in my minor years.. You just get buzzed out on drinking.. I was a heavy drinker when I was a teenager. (mostly hard liquor during the day). After several hundred hangovers, you just get tired of drinking.. Especially if you have been smoking marijuana since you were 13 and enjoy the fact that marijuana is just as much of a social 'drug' if not more than alcohol with no negative reactions or hangovers... I still drink, but it's only a 12pack of beer or a couple shots of whiskey when I'm out with friends. It's definetely no where near the amount I used to drink when I was a kid.
