15a. BitTorrent was created in 2001 by Bram Cohen. Files come from other users rather than a centralized location.
15b. Instead of downloading an entire file, BitTorrent breaks a file into chunks and distributes them among several participating users, therefore making each downloading user also an uploading user.

I will take a stab at 14- wifi is generally a private centrally located and privatley owned wireless internet connection.
wimax is a new standard backed by intel which is basically a wide ranging mesh network. It tends to be either public or commercial, and is made to cover large areas such as parks, cities, rural areas,or office buildings.

even worse he's too lazy too google the answers to these questions and he calls this hella work. Please.
Googling and reading something to get an understanding of a topic or area is a fundamental start to any cs major or anyone with a computer.
Asking questions on specific aspects of coding or development is question to ask friends as google may not have enough detail to help you.
To tell you the truth if I wanted to answer your question I wouldve googled it for you and given you what I got from my search. Then I asked myself why would I do a google search for you?
