Using torrents and BitComet

I had just downloaded a movie via Bitcomet and what I now have are three folders AUDIO_TS, JACKET_P, VIDEO_TS. In the Audio folder there are no files, in the Jacket folder there are three WMP files that dont play anything, and in the Video file there are a bunch of VTS_ ... folders.
My question is, what do I need to do in order to watch this movie? I had downloaded something from Bitcomet before and got it working but I forget how to do it.
Thanks

Did you get 100% total on the files?
I believe you need DivX/XviD?

Hmm, well I got it to work playing it through Media Player Classic. However, now I want to try and put all of this on a DVD. Would just copying the three folders on to a DVD work so that it will run and work just like a normal DVD or do I have to do some converting some where?
EDIT The files all togethor total more than 5 gigs and the blank DVD's that I have hold only 4.7 gigs. ANything I can do?

do u have a dvd burner. Because it seems like you got a DVD image. If you can burn the video TS folder onto the dvd, and the movie should play fine in your dvd folder. If not. U can play the VOB files find w/ powerdvd player in file mode.

Yes, I have a DVD burner and yes the files are of a DVD. But my problem is that the VIDEO_TS folder which contains like 99% of all the files is over 5 gigs and my DVD-R's are only 4.7 gigs. Are there any DVD-R's out there that can hold over 6 gigs or is there a way I can compress these files so that they fit?
EDIT Im trying to get it so that I can watch the movie on my TV instead of watching them on my comp.

Hmm, are they expensive? And do they work just like a normal DVD-R?
EDIT So then there is no way to compress the files?

The files you have are from a DVD rip. You only need the VIDEO_TS folder on the DVD to play the movie. Most moves are DVD-9, meaning you'll need a dual-layer DVD media to get more than 4.7GB in an unmodified form.
However there are a few options available to get the movie burned to 4.7GB media. You can use a tool like DVD Shrink or Nero Recode (or any number of others) to recompress the video to a smaller size. This will introduce compression artifacts but for most movies the difference is tolerable. Or you can also burn the full-quality movie portion of the DVD, without any extra compression, by removing extras like menus, subtitles, extra audio tracks, and special features. Look around on doom9.org and videohelp.com for lots of tutorials and tools to work with DVD and other video formats.

If the dvd is 5 gb. You can easily find some unwanted artifacts (extras) to cut out. But many torrent dled movies already have these cut out. DVD shrink is excellent. If you want a quick fix u can use dvd shrink, or even hit up clone dvd (file>disc mode) and do it that way. BUt shrinking it down shouldn't be a problem.

Use DVD Shrink. Search by files, Direct the browser to your VIDEO_TS folder, Rip, Use Nero to burn... Done deal.

Just an FYI on DVD Shrink. The last version released is quite old and will never be updated, because the author was hired by Nero. Nero Recode is the "new" version of DVD Shrink, minus the DeCSS decryption. It adds new features and better performance over DVD Shrink, so if you decrypt your DVD's using any of the other means available (or get them already decrypted) then if you have the Nero Suite, you can use Nero Recode to do the same thing.
DVD Shrink still works limostli of the time, however it cannot handle decrypting the latest protection schemes like Sony's ARCCOS stuff that's on a lot of new movies. I use the DVD Fab products (they have a free decryptor product, like the old and also abandoned DVD Decryptor).

Alright, I had just compressed my movie via DVDshrink and was wondering what can I do to get it on to a DVD-R. Would just copying and pasting the file on to a DVD-R have it work and run properly in a DVD player?
The reason I am asking this is because I have a program called Power2go which formats a video file to give it a menu and what-not. However, the DVD9 that I have already has all of its menus so using this program would just be annoying.
THanks for any help!

EDIT Nevermind, I got it to work. Any ideas as to where I can find DVD Labels for movies and what-not so I can print it out and paste it on my DVD?
