I tried installing OS X 86 with this PC... Installed and booted up fine, but I couldn't move the damn mouse or type on the keyboard at all.. evil

Unplug your USB mouse/keyboard and use only PS/2 connector.

No, but just browse through the osx86 link I gave earlier, it has everything you need, especially the wiki. Not every hardware is going to work, that's the part that's tricky. That page you gave mostly focuses on that particular hardware.
