97 Dodge Neon

I was browsing ebay tonight and saw this guy selling a Neon I'm assuming he took on a trade or something. Anyway, the discription of this POS says it all

You know the cars on display in malls and stuff? THe really nice luxury and sport cars... well, they swap those engines with a neon engine so if it gets damaged or stolen the engine is worth nothing (the car would be nice though, rofl).

The only Neon worth glancing at is the SRT-4, and even going for one of those is being nice.

There's 1 thing I hate worse than a rice-burner... a wanna-be rice-burner... it wouldn't be worth $100 for that car because of how many time's i'd get beat up...

I think some of you miss the obvious sarcasm on the part of the seller. He obviously thinks it's junk, and the listing was written that way as a joke. He obviously just wants somebody to get the POS off his lot, that's why there's no reserve.

His sarcasm gets most obvious when he describes a "custom radiator mount" which is just a plastic zip-tie lol

Q That neon is great you should put it on a rotating platform in your showroom. Then you could let people hit it with a baseball bat for a dollar and you could probably make more money. LOL custom turd, ebay rules says you can't sell feces so your auction may get pulled anyways.

Q OK, now that all of the costom LOL work has been discussed, does the car run OK, does it leak oil, any other problems.

A As for inspecting the vehicle through our shop - it has not been or will be in this is a wholesale peice only. It does run - overnight it did not show any signes of leaks on the ground or in the pics. No known problems and none that had been told from owner that traded the vehicle.
