epassporte???

a freebie site that i am working on now allows me to get cash through epassporte. i have heard of it before, but never used it. i know they give you an email address and allow you to have a virtual and/or real visa card, but does anybody know about the fees?

does it work like paypal? such as cost to send money, cost to recieve money, or what? just curious if i would be able to save money by not using paypal. thanks

it costs to send it, like 25cents, but not to receive it.

if you want to spend it in real stores, you have to pay $25 to buy the physical visa card

humm...interesting. i guess i if i plan to use it online, it is a good deal, but if i want to spend it elsewhere...i will go with paypal. thx
