Ok so how the hell do you pick locks in this game?
Is there a special technique. I saw the double ping solution someone posted but I always suck at it.

I saw the lock picking skill and magik but how the hell do i get up to level 25 for those???

Lastley, is there a special way to build up skills such as luck, strength etc?

I started buying technique training from people but after training 5/5 it stops and when i look at my skills they say something like Journyman + Novice. How do i move up from novice? Is there a seperate way to do this?

My friend discovered this--often, the time AFTER the tumbler falls really fast is the time to hit A (assuming you are on the 360) to get it to stay up.

Also, just buy a bunch of lockpicks and keep auto-attempting to get your security skill up if you want.

There are patterns that you can follow for each difficulty level, if you can find them and practice, every lock is easy.

I thought this was a thread about actual lock picking. I'm such a loser.

Yea, I used to use that technique, but it doesn't work that often on the harder locks....You should really tip it up a bunch of times to understand the pattern that incurs, most locks do have a certain pattern, and try to follow it....Also, if you like to cheat, save right before you pick the lock, then if you mess up you can just load and you never lost a pick wink
