I just sold a voice recorder on ebay for well over I thought I would go.

The guy that won it gave me a PO box to ship it to. I thought I remembered hearing something about people not wanting to ship to PO boxes. Is this a possible scam? Sorry if this is a newb question.

more likely of course.
i only take verified paypal and ship to the verified address though to protect myself, otherwise i don't care, too many scammers.

I don't know. I sometimes have things shipped to my dads PO BOX when I buy off ebay.

I tend to be leery of PO boxes myself. If it's a real USPS PO Box I might do it if their feedback is high enough and they're PayPal verified. But if it's a PMB (private mail box, like at Mailboxes, Etc.) then no, I wouldn't trust it -- those are very often used by scammers.

thanks for the advice guys. turns out he said I can ship it to his verified paypal address (not a PO box). I was just worried that it would be a scam.. you can buy the same recorder for like $90 cheaper online!
