K so I just got my iPod on Monday, and it seems like it has a really low battery life? Whats normal? I havent really been watching videos, but on a full charge it just seems to go down really fast. Like ill listen to it for twenty minutes, and it will be down another bar...

Also, I'm wondering if anyone knows of any cheap (under $20) fm transmitters aka ways to listen to your iPod in your car.

I just got my 30gig vid ipod and the battery life is pretty good. It'll only go down fast if I'm using the touchpad or the backlight of the lcd. How long are you charging it for?

Charged it while I was at school all day. Ive been using the backlight and click wheel, but i just expected/heard of good battery life. Having to charge it daily or every few days doesnt sound like fun...

For me, if i watch video, i can get about an hour an a half.
Normal mp3 playback, on a full charge, i can use it for about 8 to 10 hours (without the backlight on)

set backlight to only last 2 seconds.. that way its only lit when u are actually using the clickwheel
