What is the best 360 or PS3 site?

My sister's friend says he may be interested in doing something for 360 or PS3. I've tried for a couple of months to get him to sign up for one of my stuff.. but he's a poop. He refuses to do anything else.

Anyways, what is the best site for this newbie? He's lazy by the way and impatient. I'm thinking something that has fast returns so he doesn't go telling all my friends that it's not worth it and blahblah blah and then I'll lose potiential refs.

I told him I think it's going to be a long wait.. but who knows. You guys tell me.
