I appreciate it but I know I would just be wasting your time. I have a routine and even ordered whey protein and all this other stuff to make my own weight gainer shakes but I don't like drinking them so the stuff just sits there. I don't like to force myself to eat, only when I am hungry. I also get tired of working out really fast. I will be committed for a couple of days then just run out of time and willpower to continue on for the other days.
Well thats to bad,do you train for a sport or somthing or just for the ladies?lol!

haha nah, I have a girlfriend. I guess I just do it to try to be healthy and look good as well. I'm my ideal weight, I am just not huge or anything.
The bodybuilding.com forums are very knowledgable regarding your question, they've helped me a lot personally.
Dude you sure you dont wanna at least try out a program from me and see how it works out, dude Im telling you I could have you retransformed in no time if you could just put forth the effort.

Yeah, I have been going on their for a couple of years now. That is where I got my work out plan plus recipes for making my own weight gainer shakes, protein bars, as well as other suggestions. Great site, I just wish I had more time and was more motivated.

I could probably stand to gain some weight.
I eat all the time, but what happens with me is I will lift for a couple of months then just get tired of doing it and stop.
Over a month or so I gained about 7 pounds from lifting two-three times a week. I got some whey protein too, and it tastes like shit, but I only used it a few times before I ended up getting sick of lifting.

Honestly, I don't know why creatine gets such a bad rap. If you take it reasonably and work your ass of out, then ice down and slow your workouts, it can be a great tool for bulking up.
Most of the guys on the baseball team use it when we have to train.

Yeah I used creatine for a little bit a while back. I was at a golf tournament and I was shaking for some reason and couldn't stop when I stepped up to swing. I wasn't nervous so I couldn't figure out what was wrong and a guy asked me if I took creatine because that can make you shake like that.

I am planning to pick up weight lifting again, for the third time. I do take creatine whenever I start to workout, so that's not a big deal. The only problem with creatine is that i think it gave me strech marks, which really sucks. I dont take whey protein, I cant stand it. I just eat a bunch of chicken breasts instead. What does your program involve?

I take whey protein and it helps your gains a shit load I think. I noticed most of my friends that don't take whey and workout all the time don't have the same gains as me even though I only work out 1/3 as much.

iv been liftin all year and i got the stretch marks too (
Well to all of you interested, just send me your aim names via pm, and we can start setting up the programs.
Thanx
Creatine will not harm you in any manner, unless you think getting bigger is a bad thing P .Youurl==http://=http:///url should always cycle it though, dont just take it continusly, you should always go for about 8 weeks then cycle off for 4 weeks, but these numbers can vary upon the ingredients in the creatine.

You're wrong. Growing gave you stretch marks. If I ingested creatine everyday and then sat on my ass and did nothing, I would not grow except probably in the waistline. The only stretchmarks I would have would be on my expanding gut! I assume you got yours around your armpits. Think of these as war wounds!
Also, bodybuilding.com sucks. May I suggest

The mods at BB.com delete and edit people's threads and posts if the content isn't in line with their beliefs or opinions. Just my 2 cents!
For those looking to gain weight and get stronger I suggest that you have [b77eaa78317]Bench Press[/b77eaa78317], [b77eaa78317]Squats[/b77eaa78317], and [b77eaa78317]Deadlifts [/b77eaa78317]in your weekly routine. These compound exercises really get you growing quick. lol

I'll pass on the weightlifting advice from the guy who just tore a muscle in his back evil
Also, I weigh in around 150-160 and bench 215-220. I also squat around 390...never touched creatine, but I do take various forms of whey protein (mostly isolates). My diet could be better, but as a college student its pretty tough (14 meals/week meal plan = 2 meals/day ( )
Yea,dude from basketball,but w/e dude.

Ill take a try at your routine.
I work out daily (with one offday and at least 2 ab work outs in between strong days (usually tue/thur). I have been working out for about 3 weeks. I take Nitric Oxide/Creatine (NO Xplode) pre work out, and GNC 100% whey blended with milk post workout. Right now I havnt lost the motivation (i still want to go everyday -- i even miss it on my offday). I try to eat as much as possible, I pull in well over 2k calories a day, and over 100g of protein. I am also on a workout plan that was designed by one of my college buddies, he designed it with his uncle who is a pro lifter. I dont have access to it tho because I am home from college till tues, and thats where my stuff is. I also do include the big 3 in my workout squats, multi-angle benching, and deadlifts.
Im never on aim, but any info you want to pm me, feel free to.
