I know this is last minute but I'm doing my taxes now.

How did you guys deal with online gambling income? Did you divide up the money you gained directly from a casino and the bonus you got from sites like casinocashunlimited?

I was trying to declare the income somehow without explicitly indicating that it is from offshore online casinos (illegal).

Any advice? I was thinking of declaring it as a hobby income.

I'd record it as misc income and leave it be.

Yeah, that's what I'm gonna do.

I bet you could chalk it up as a gift too (at least the casinocashunlimited payment) and get away without reporting it. I guess it just depends on how much you love america ;)

Unless you've received in excess of $600 from CasinoCashUnlimited.com this year, you don't [i98674f310f]have[/i98674f310f] to report it )

Thats what I was trying to say. I doubt casinocashunlimited will be reporting you, so they've no reason to investigate into your casinocashunlimited related earnings.

Up to $600 is considered a gift and doesn't have to be reported, as far as I know...not at all 100% sure though.

It still has to be reported by the user. It just doesn't have to be reported by CasinoCashUnlimited.
