ebay question

quick question- i'm trying to put some items up on ebay and after i took so long to write all this stuff...

it says to put in my credit card. do i have to put in my credit card? why can't they just take the fee out of paypal like they use to?

They should you sure your paypal account is setup?

i don't know. i haven't used ebay for so long...

i signed up for ebay a long time ago and i use to sell a few things but then i quit. they use to take fees out of my paypal.. i dont recall it being credit card.. but maybe it was. anyways my credit card with it is now expired.
i'm trying to post up a new auction and it says "listing may not be scheduled because your credit card has expired" under "start time"... but it's not FORCING me to put in my cc... it just has a link for me to update my cc.

so if i dont go to that link and continue with my posting, is it ok??

You can still pay the fees via paypal, but I guess they need a credit card on file for security reasons.

EDIT If it lets you post it, go for it. Maybe they just won't let you start your auction at a specific time (scheduling)?

yeah look in seller acccount and prefences u can update your CC.

You need to assign an individual credit card (can be same as paypal) to ebay to have a seller account. Buyer account doesn't require anything.

i hate ebay. its so confusing.

ok also can i change my end date? or do i have press the back button to do this? i'm in the middle of the listing. i hate to press back and then everything gets deleted. it took me so long just to write up the stupid thing.

god, these are just stupid questions. does anyone go on aim? is anyone completely bored or just really nice and can get on aim and talk to me and help me? some who knows how to do the whole selling thing on ebay? my sn is the same as my xanga.

copy and paste ur stuff onto here or onto a notepad.

it says "you have chosen to place your credit card on file for automatic monthly payment of your ebay seller fees.."

what monthly charge?? i thought they just charge me per listing..

Thats means ebay will take the funds out of your paypal automatically each month for all your listing fees.
