gmail help

I selected a bunch of emails and hit the archieve button...but i can't seem to find the archieve folder?? Where did those emails go? lol

up top there is a search box. You use the search to find archived emails.

So i can't actually view them all though? i would have to know what i'm searching for?

I dont believe there is a browse area for the archive you have to know something about the emails... why did you archive them without knowing anything about them? All you need is one word that was in the email type it in and viola archives.

If any of them had a filter tag on them, you can just go to that filter's folder and view them. Otherwise you can just hit the "All Mail" button and you will see everything - inbox, archived, filtered, etc.

All Mail shows archived items (and all your other mail items..)

The "all mail" button is great, thx...i think i'll start applying filters as well.

if you create a label for them and add it to each message it would put them together
