Web design help (help and get ad time!)

Hi, I'm currently working on a new layout for my site you can see a beta version HERE[=http//www.blinkpointofview.net/beta.htm]HERE Its still got a ton of work needing to be done so don't start flaming that it looks like shit right now.

What want to do is turn the area in the middle (the dark blue area) Into a scroll box kind of the so I can add news and stuff. In example of what i'm looking for can be found here[=http//www.blinkcentral.com]here
The first person who and come up with a working script/code and can explain alittle bit on how to use it gets a free ad of advertising on the hompage.

There is no complicated script or anything for it. It's a simple iFrame, which you can load a php or html page in.

or of course there's always the "overflow" CSS code or whatever, but iframe is easier for him.
