Yes my wife is actually a "she" and yes she is a fan of The Sims.
They'd be run on her G4 iBook so I'm not sure how well it would handle some of those games. I'm pretty sure she wants to play MOH.

No for Americas Army, sort of no for Battlefield 2 - Battlefield 2 isn't out on Mac, and never will be, but Battlefield 1942 is out for Mac.
