I was trading paypal for egold with this guy and he never paid. I paid him $27.50 paypal and he was going to give me $25.00 egold. He never paid and will not repond to me. I am scared to file a claim in paypal because I think currency exchange is against their policy. If I file a claim will I get my account put on hold or suspended? Thanks.

Well I think you could claim that you were "buying something" from that guy and he never sent you the "item".
But if it does state that it is against their TOS, you probably will be put on hold if u violated it and they find out.
