Lost 3/22

So, I was kinda disappointed with this weeks Lost until the very end. I'm really looking foward to next weeks.

Yeah the best thing aobut this weeks, was next weeks preview.

This week was shite.

Gale is acting far too cool for someone who is being held captive in an underground bunker on a tropical island after being tortured by a gen-u-wine Iraqi.

It's all staged and Gale was planted there. Notice how the first thing he asks about is the computer? He doesn't ask how they found the hatch, what it was used for, where the porn stash is.......

yup todays sho did suck. NExt week is gonna be da shiz. I want that fuckin timer to count to 0.

At the end of the episode, after he asked if they had milk I would've been like "okay, back in your room". That's not a smart thing to say if they're suspicious. Also, in the previews for next week it looked like they showed the guys balloon, so I dunno.

I think when the timer hits zero, a boat will come out of a cave somewhere with gps guidance and lots of food. D

I think it was a decent filler episode. Kate was looking exceptionally hot tonight...

Yes they do find the balloon up in a tree, but the question is, is he telling the truth as to whether it's his or did he just see it and use that as a cover story.

he did give a pretty vivid description of the baloon. And he had a pretty hardcore story. Very detailed. And when he was talking about what would happen if he was an other (hypothetically); that did kinda make things look different.

What if the search group goes up to examine the balloon then BOOM HEADSHOT MOTHERFUCKERS! Alright sorry I'm sick and just really wanted to say that. (

The balloon could have just been from some other people that landed on the island. He could have just constructed the story and led them to a balloon he knew of on the island. I think he's an Other, and he had a great moment at the end there where he said how he could have set up Anna Lucia. I was like, "DAMN!"
Next week's preview looked awesome, but they always do. then the episode comes and they hardly show anything and the next preview looks the best. go figure...

The voice at the end of the promo asking "What happened?!" Yeah that was totally Desmond. His voice is very easy to identify (in case we have any 24 fans here you got to see some more of him this week). So he comes back for a visit, yay. And it's very true that show producers often twist around clips to make stuff look good in the promo but in actuality they're not happening. But the stuff in that promo is a bit too much to "fake" at - door coming down, speaker system! I'm pumped!!

On another note wasn't it so sweet of Bernard to think of looking for a pearl for Rose's birthday? Can we say Awww! D

Yeah that voice was definitely Desomnds and it looks like Gale escapes through the vents.

I'm thinking that he causes some kind of distraction or ruckus which then leads to the buttons not being pushed, Locke (maybe Jack too) then take their attention away from Gale who subsequently escapes in the mayhem.

I'm thinking Desmond's back to save the day.

Well nice to find my Tivo stopped right when Henry said he could be on of the others. WTF. Stupid South Park. Anyways finally obtained a copy and saw the end but was unable to see the promo for next week.

From what I gather they show an image of the ballon. I think Henry is full of shit. I would've slashes his neck by now.

How come no one has mentioned Sun's situation here?

I don't believe in that it was a miracle the husband could suddenly have kids ala locke being able to walk. I think she was raped or insemenated by the others. How is no one talking about this?

What was Kate really that good looking?
or was the pearls Bernard got a bigger story?

South Park was pure comedy BTW. I think Sun banged that bald dude before the left Korea...

Also, the pregnancy test was made by Widmore Labs which was also in the episode Fire + Water where Driveshaft were making that music video.

Do you completely disregard the possibility the others had something to do wth her being pregnant, especially after what happened to Claire.

The only counter argument I can find is why Sun and not the rest of the females on the island. They had Kate kidnapped they couldve raped her to. Claire I guess was pregnant so no lead on that one. Rose may be to old. Hgo's girl hasn't been messed with.

Anyways I seriously doubt that Korean Mr. Clean had sex with Sun. That kind of behavior is just unacceptable in Asian culture. If she ever got caught she could face death. Plus if she loved the Mr. Clean then she wouldn't have had to get on the plane to try and escape from her dad.

the whole episode set up to think she was cheating with mr clean, or planning to leave to go to the US for him, but really she was totally faithfull the whole time.

plus there is much more intrigue to the how he impregnated her on the island, than oh she just cheated on him.

also remember how surprised and astounded she was when she found out? If she had been having an affair it wouldn't have surprised her so much

While it is very possible to not realize you're pregnant after that amount of time, I'm a firm believer that it's Jin's miracle-baby and not Korean Mr.Clean's. The whole "oh poor Sun stay at home wife seeks attention elsewhere because she can't get it from her husband" thing is too much of a cliche, even for the LOST writers.

There's no way it's anyones other than Jins or Mr Clean.

Sun wasn't kidnapped or taken hostage or experimented on by anyone, she's had no flashbacks about anything like that so it couldn't have been the others.

Also, there was a story just recently about a 13 year old gil from the UK who didn't even know she was pregnant until she had the baby kinda deal. It's possible and it does happen.
