to copy something from an online bank statement so I can send it to Trainn?
They requested that I send them a copy of the statement where it indicates that I was billed for WhiteOvernite, but I don't know how to do that. Also, how would I blackout my personal info?
Any help would be appreciated.

Can't answer that question, but I also didn't get credited for WhiteOverNite on a Trainn site. I've had overall shit luck with Trainn crediting and just figured I'd forget about it.

Can you print screen and then use paint to black out your other info?

Yeah, I was going to suggest a screen capture as well. You can also install a free PDF writer utility (Google for PDFCreator, PrimoPDF, CutePDF, etc.) and "print" the statement to a PDF file, which you can then attach to an e-mail. I prefer PrimoPDF, and use it to create PDF's all the time to keep for my records. However you won't be able to blank out your account data that way, so it might not be the best idea for this instance. A screen cap that you edit in Paint or whatever will probably be the easiest.

Click the Print Screen key on your keyboard. Then open up mspaint and click Ctrl+V. Then get a rectangle or paint tool to cover up your confidentials. Then save as a jpeg and email it to TRAINN.

The Print Screen (PrtScr) key by itself captures the entire desktop. Use Alt-PrtScr to capture the active window only.
