You can give it a try for TVs from the first page, but it'll cost you waiting for your refund, and shipping isn't cheap.

Despite a lot of wannabe internet forum "lawyers" claims to the contrary, there is no law that says pricing mistakes have to be honored. And that's obviously a pricing mistake. This happens all the time. It will never ship. If it was a pricing mistake of a few dollars or tens of dollars, then yeah, they might ship some out before they correct it. But not thousands. Ain't gonna happen, and no court would uphold the deal when it's obviously a mistake.

Laws regarding online price mistakes are a bit different from those dealing with price mistakes in print ads (newspaper, flyer, etc.), as human error is much more common online. While I don't believe your friend will be getting anything, and I can't seem to find BizCat's terms and conditions....google around for precedent (Kodak, Buy.com, Amazon.co.uk). Unless they have stated in their terms and conditions that content (including prices) is/are subject to change at any time without notice...he might have a case, especially if he has a friend in the court system. Also, I believe that a price published online is legally considered an invitation for a customer to make an offer to buy...meaning that the site must accept the offer (which is why Dell has order confirmation AND order acceptance). However, because they did charge him...I'd say that's an acceptance of the offer. Who knows. Nonetheless, I wouldn't hold your breath.
yeah this wont fly. buy.com and outpost do this all the time..

SD and FW are entire websites dedicated to finding these price-mistakes.
As folks have mentioned, a company may be willing take a loss (or not notice they're taking a loss) on a small percentage differential, but they are going to notice and not allow any of these products to ship. Don't get your hopes up.
Further, as an aside, I would never enter a CC into a site like that without at least seeing their name on ResellerRatings...
