How do you use a belt buckle?

I got this awesome belt buckle at the Tiger Army show Friday

But Ive never used a belt buckle before, so I have no idea how to put it on...any help here?

step one.
place betl buckle under right rear tire.
step two.
get in car and go in reverse, then forward, then reverse.
step three.
...
step four.
profit.

you have to have a belt thats made for it they are the ones with metal snaps that let you change the buckle

On the back of the buckle there are two side, one is a bar and the other looks like a little hook right?

You need to get a belt like this one

The buckle is connected by feeding the end of the belt through the bar and snapping the snaps, then the hook goes in the holes on the other side of the belt.

You're not supposed to buckle it. You're supposed to balance it on your penis...

If you guys figure this out I would like some help with my shoelaces.
