It has been quite awhile since I made any interesting post here at FIPG, the place where RewardBull.com first made its public appearance. I am very thankful for the love and support I got from this forum. Without you guys, RewardBull.com would not have survived until today ;)

Let me first share some good news with you guys
1. The company is incorporated on March 10, 2006.
2. We have hired one perm. staff and few temp staff to work here almost 15 hours a day, everyday to do IM (AIM, ICQ, YAHOO, MSN), Live Chat, Support Ticket and forum support.
4. We have almost 3400 members now. I still remember the day when we had #50 members. ;)

Now, I am thinking of starting an interesting competition, and RewardBull.com will reward the winner with some Cash Prize or Bulls.

Any ideas?

How about the ending the testimonial contest first?

onair

17-03-2006 15:19:02

Excellent Idea. ) Anyone got any fun ideas? I had a member told me he's going to have his girlfriend showing her body with a RewardBull.com logo painted.

onair

The thing with testimonial contest is that we want to wait a bit longer, so more people could participate.

How about you stop bugging members to do earthlink

onair

17-03-2006 15:30:58

) good suggestion.

gregcool

17-03-2006 15:45:09

Do what you say you are going to do?

You said you would update your thread on a4f because you are no longer offering up to $98 for earthlink. Still there......

Also, I agree with the stop PMing our members about doing the earthlink for your site....

onair

17-03-2006 15:58:24

We will change the thread title shortly. ;)

Any Ideas? No one wants free cash or free bull? ;)

Please stop spamming people with unsolicited PM's.

onair

17-03-2006 16:03:59

We are only PM'ing people who made a post wanting to do cash deal or wanting to do some offers on Trading Post section. Also, the admin could check our PM history, we send less than 20 PMs in a month.

That's Odd. I know you personally. I would never PM you to do any Cash Deal or offers, knowing you are the DIY mod. ) Maybe my staff who were on the training period made some bad judgements. I apologize. Regarding that testimonial contest, we have postponed the date because we just don't have enough participants, and are waiting for more people to participate.

bballp6699 There are many members who have tried this site and have had a wonderful experience. In fact I got most complains from people who have never tried the site themselves, which really puzzles me a lot. In fact, I have yet to find a post complaining about my customer service. I have dealt with compuguru, theysayjump (cash deal) and x323smostwantedx. I believe that they are quite pleased with the whole RewardBull.com experience. And that most members are happy with RewardBull.com. Don't take my words for it. I encourage you to ask someone who has actually tried my site. You will always see aguy making negative comments on my post. He got used to it, so do I. P I have no problems with negative comments though. Anything that is constructive, I will listen. Feel free to contact me and I promise I will make your freebie experience an enjoyable one.

Gigante Your argument is vaild. But that also applies to all other freebie sites. It is true that past does not guarantee the future, but at least it gives some idea what to expect. Otherwise why do people prefer to trade with people with a higher TR? Your Enron example proves that nothing is 100%. Enron is just an exception and rarity; otherwise, it wouldn't be so shocking. I had a chance to talk to Gigante awhile back. He is a really a fun and nice guy to talk to. ) BTW, do you mind telling me when did you receive RewardBull.com PM? I have checked my PM history and did not see your nick on my list. Please provide me those information, so I could use that to train my staff in the future to avoid this from happening again.

Sweeney2066 I have addressed many times why I have not changed my text. Trust me. I have $5 bucks. ;)

aguy Why are you so mad? Try to understand. I was merely celebrating xmas with fellow FIPG members, giving you guys free $5 cash. Most of people who messaged me got paid. You got all fired up because you didn't make the cut. I did offer you $5, but you refused. Come on. ) I am ready to move on, are you? This incident really had me think twice before offering you guys free cash. I love FIPG, but sometimes it is really frustrating.

gregcool A4F posts are edited. Check them out.

The purpose of this post is to have some fun, while giving back something to FIPG community. I am sure lots of FIPG members want to have some fun while getting some cash. 8)

Mapik

Top 3 most important aspects of running a business (in order)
1) Customers
2) Employees
3) Profit

Customers run your business whether you like it or not, they are the boss. If they don't run it, you won't be profitable and won't last. By saying they're the boss, it means that you serve them. You have to make them happy first and be there for them.
The rest is self explanatory, hopefully.

I think on-air is close to understanding this which is why he's doing well. He is trying, but it is hard to serve 3400 members as well as grow as fast as he did.

// This concept was taken from the movie/book "Give ‘em the Pickle" by Bob Farrell....it is widely accepted as well.

hairyferry Hot Girlfriend contest is inspired by the Hot Girl contest. We just want you guys to have some fun. Maybe a Hot Girl Friend contest?

Mapik Thanks for your praise. We do try our best to serve every one of our members. We have staff working here almost 15 hours a day everyday helping our members out. One of the few things I taught my staff is 100% satisfaction policy. I demand them to make sure every single one of our members who have contacted us are satisfied with RewardBull.com. We are willing to make reasonable exceptions, bend rules a bit to satisfy their needs. We have compensated missing credits out of our own pocket. We have paid payments earlier. Many accounts we could put on hold we did not. That is why I am so confident regarding our customer service.

Gigante I see. That is exactly one of the reasons why I chose to hire staff locally so I could train them personally. I have just informed all my staff to send me their PM history everyday with reasons why they PM'd them.

Anyone has any ideas regarding the contest?
