First off I get a charge from rhapsody on the 4th of February for my rhapsody account, so i'm like "Oh well, I forgot to clilicel, why not just try the service?" So I tried it, and liked it, and then today I log in and find my funds pretty much depleted and i'm like, where'd it go? So I look and sure enough rhapsody charged me AGAIN!
So you know, I wasn't pissed off, but I wanted my money back. I called up Real and they couldn't find the Feb.4th charge and told me to contact my bank (being ePassporte). I did that, and the lady I talked to was extremely nice (sounded hot too 8) ) and gave me this transaction number.
So I called Real back and I wasn't sure but I thought I was talking to the same lady. So the lady STLL couldn't find it and transferred me to level 2 (which oddly enough had a fat american guy working [at least he sounded fat![]("74d5b13972)

I signed up for the free 14day trial which ended on Feb 10th, as of Feb11th, I had no funds in my credit card, so the system kept trying to charge me every 2 days, finally I put some $$ in and the system charged me the $9.99 for February. I never used the service until I got charged, so he checked the usage reports and confirmed that. So he goes "well, I can get you a complimentary month" and I'm thinking "uh.. I'd rather have my money back" but then there was an awkward silence until I realized that he was hinting that this was all he could do. So I accepted.
The service isn't that bad, I actually like it. However, after my free month, I'm going to switch over to Yahoo only because they're cheaper by $2 P
