because people will pay what they ask for them still so apple sees no reason to drop the price. when the ipod mini came out it was 4gb at $250 while the 15gb full sized ipod was $300. People thought apple was nuts for selling it at that price considering you could get some much more capacity for only $50 more. the mini was the best selling ipod. people are strange.

maybe the less scratchable metal case, but beyond that it wasn't even solid state which might make sense.
anyway, the freepay.psp offer is none too good now with it being only $200. do 5 offers get a $300 ipod. do 5 offers get a $200 psp? /

I'm assuming FreePay will add something onto the PSP.FreePay offer to make sure it's still feasible.

I'm still waiting for the 1gb nano to be added somewhere, anywhere.

Eh great. PSPs get a price drop. $50 off for less a $30 32MB stick that's worth like $5 that nobody uses anyways. Oh well, this means no more spare 32mbs I can get from my friends for my Ericsson =/

It's because ipod mini doesn't have that acrylic and metal backing or the front causing easy scratches. Also they are not too small or too big to carry around.
