I need some recommendations on a PS2 that I should ask for for my birthday. I'd like one you can play online, but it doesn't really matter if you can or not. I already have the good new games like Madden, Resident Evil 4, StarWars Battlefront 2, and Black. Any suggestions?

Well, Godfather is supposedly pretty good. I haven't played it yet, waiting for the 360 version.

the GTA series is good. you can get vice city really cheap used now. I used to play Final Fantasy X. That kept me going for 64 hours over one summer. It was pretty good.

That's quite a list. I'm not really into the Japanese games like Onimusha, Katamari Damasi and stuff. Most of them seem like RPG's too. I just can't seem to get into those. Thanks though.

Me either ). I just bought a modded PS2 for me and my friend and these are the games I am trying to download for it. The games I am interested in are the ones in bold.
The other games I have not read about but will definately give them a try just because I know I don't know much about PS2 games so they are probaly actually good ;).
