Do you think i'm going to get in trubble with DH?
(http//www.blinkpointofview.net/Downloads.htm[]http//www.blinkpointofview.net/Downloads.htm)

Yes, I have downloadable media however it's nothing you can go out and buy in stores. It's all rare demo's and stuff that was never released (ie, no one makes any money off of theme). However it's kind of making me nervous theres about 2GB of content downloaded everyday from my site so I kind of feel like they might be refering to me (as well as many others) when they said that. What do you think am I at risk at all? What do you think I should do? Taking all of the downloads off isn't really a great option as that is why most people come to my site.

Hello DreamHost Customers!

With the recent huge increases in bandwidth and disk space, we have
noticed a number of customers using their accounts to transfer rather
large media files. This, in itself, is absolutely fine!

However, as it has become more feasible to do so, some customers have also
begun using their accounts as a means to distribute unlicensed copyright
content in violation of US and international copyright laws.

Such content often includes commercial software, music files (ie. MP3s),
movies, anime (licensed for US distribution or not), etc.

As a reminder, please note that the distribution or procurement of
unlicensed copyrighted content in conjunction with your DreamHost account
is strictly against our Terms of Service, and can result in account
disablement - without refund or warning. Not only that, but such activity
is illegal and can result in a fair bit of legal trouble!

We will be cracking down on such unlicensed distribution in the near
future, so we ask that you go through your accounts as soon as
possible and make sure that you have received permission from the
copyright owner to distribute any content you host with us (if
you're the copyright owner, obviously, you can distribute your own
material without receiving permission!).

If you are looking for free content that you can distribute and use
legally (with few or no restrictions), you may wish to look for content
placed under a Creative Commons license. If you like to share your work,
you can even license your own stuff under such a license. You can learn
more here

Probably only if you get reported or have tons of people downloading the stuff. (2GB BW a day ;\)

I don't know how copyright works with demos/unreleased tracks so you might be fine distributing that stuff anyways.
