Just curious of how you get a second set of ipods above your avatar, I've seen them on all sorts of people, just never have known what they mean or how people get them.

also, can't you change someone else's name if you donate to change their name and the ipod thingy will say whatever is paid for?

Nobody except moderators can change their name or anyone elses.
There are TWO "titles" for each user. the title has two parts text and image.
the primary one which goes up with your post count and has blueish ipods, and the secondary one. the secondary one is blank by default. when you buy a custom title for yourself or someone else, the second title image gets set to the centered red ipod and you can select the text. the secondary title gets set to 'donator' if you donate on the main page.
people on here have all sorts of crap for primary and secondary titles from before i standardized it all a month or two ago, which explains why popo has no ipods, for example.
