Anyone else out there have to deal with the hassle of using Lotus Notes? I'm trying to sync it with my new treo and it's a bitch to say the least.

Look into Laplink's PDASync product. I used to use IntelliSync to sync my PocketPC 2003 PDA with Notes, but when I just got my Cingular 8125 (Windows Mobile 5) it wouldn't work. PumaTech makes you pay software maintenance to get any updates, their product is crap, and they're expensive to boot. PDASync is $40 or less and works much better than Intellisync did. If you're talking a PalmOS Treo I think PDASync supports that too.
