iPod Tablet?? w/ PIC - FreeiPodGuide Forums

Alright, my good friend was one of the lucky people who get to attend the CES every year (I am so envious). Not sure how, but he was able to sneak a peak inside the Apple showcase. This was not out for everyone who attended to view, it was behind a black curtain with a sign (in front of the curtain) that said "Are You Ready?" with a large Apple logo towards the bottom of the sign. He poked his head through and was able to snap this picture of the "iPod Tablet". He also informed me that there was a box right next to it that was title "iTab" but was not able to get a shot of it due to lack of time. I was amazed when I first saw this. Could this be a device to run a portable OS X? Now I am on edge; I want one!

I hope something comes out Tuesday, it better. That pic looks fake. I would hate a touchscreen iPod. That would stink. Fingerprints bother me.

the kid also only has 1 post... Touchscreen would be great!! A touchscreen ipod is definately coming out. It will have the clickwheel on the screen when you touch it probably. The screen will probably be a lit different and probably won't get too smudged (hopefully)

If you go to the website's forum, you can see that he has been creative and made the format very different from the competitors of freebie sites.

Looks nice, the stylus is a good addition because fingerprints would be outrageous. But I guess it looks like a fake? Anyways, the screen looks a bit too big and thick.

On the picture, you can see the Battery icon which means 'Charged". You can see it 3 times since they used it 3 times to make the screen longer.
