Are you asking if a free hosting site has addable forums or just site builders like frontpage?
If you own a domain and hosting 99% of them have it built in the control panel

depending on what your servers can hold, they have alot there. also look at remotely hosted programs, you'll find easy, free forums there

I signed up for hotscripts.com but I can't figure out what to do from there. It's the most confusing website ever.
