it just ties into the whole "un-censored" thing they have. Personally I don't find it sweet, I never use the "n" word and yell at my friends when they use it. When I was trying to put in my age was 294 years old, I got that sign and a message that said "Sorry, this site, does not accept users older than 100 years old".
