This is not binding law and in reality is nothing more than the opinion of the RIAA. Anyone that wants to challenge this would have no problem finding an attorney to take their case.

I don't really want to debate this with you (and I think the RIAA is full of crap when it comes to this latest filing), but the world revolves around money. If I belong to an association looking out for my best interests (as artists would think of the RIAA), one of the things I'd want them to be strongly organized for is making me more money.

Actually, my superiors were nice enough to me to let me buy a properly designed ergonomic mouse and keyboard to prevent/minimize these symptoms.

The RIAA cracks me up...their just wining that their industry is slowly dying. The replacement of technology is about to erase CD's from the market and thats the way they make their money.

but now I don't care..

RIAA claimed mp3's illegal I think too, thats probably why Jake is angry. No more free ipod market ! (... no more these forums...no more apple.
