I ordered some Tiffany jewerly off www.tiffanyjewelry.us[]www.tiffanyjewelry.us back in December. Got a great deal. All over the website says the shit is authentic, I even emailed them asking if it was real. They confirmed and said it was. I sold two items in one auction, and a 3rd item in another. A few weeks after I sent him the item he wrote me an emai claiming it was fake. After a few weeks of going back and fourth over email, I told him I would not refund his money and now he's filed a complaint with eBay. I've never gotten proof it's fake, nor do I know if he switched it for a real one. Should I have to refund his money?

Also - please post reason for vote )

I don't claim to know anything about the whole ebay/paypal dispute system. From what i've read sounds like paypal will get your money if they want to give it to him.

so why pay now if when they will take it anyhow, and you claim to be in the right

You shouldn't give him a refund.

My reason being the more often you 2 are emailing each other the less time you have to come here and spam the boards with your nonsense.

Yeah, I saw that too. Does that mean it's Tiffany's, or does it mean it's just their own stuff (what I thought it meant). I don't know anything about jewelry, but I think peope that sell fakes on ebay claiming them as real are real scum of the earth.

Show him the site you got it from.
Also, remove your money from your paypal account so they can't take it.

I think that site can't be selling real Tiffany's since only Tiffany's can sell real Tiffany's jewelry (I read up on it). You sold him a fake (you should've known) so you should refund him, period.

Tiffany's is now suing ebay

I'm not doing any research for this guy. I'm stating from what I know that real Tifanny products come with all of those things. If Pokerblah didn't do his own research to make sure he got all of those things before he sold them, then it's partly his fault.

And the guy who bought it is also to blame because he didn't make sure all of those things where included when he bought them.

I agree. The person you bought this jewelry from essentially scammed 2 people. Both you [i82ed20b158]and[/i82ed20b158] the person you sold the jewelry to were too guillible, accepting and e-mail of all things for proof of authenticity of a tangible product. The least you could have done is take the jewelry to a shop and get an official, tangible certificate....or in your case, get informed that you just wasted your money. Therefore saving your headache/your reputation on eBay.

First you have 420+ posts in what 20 days. So 21 posts a day and I doubt 20 of them have anything to do with freebie sites.

I've seen your stupid posts on pickup lines, condoms, this poll etc etc.

I also understand this forum has this topic for people to post "off-topic" posts. However I think all forums generally want contributing members to make thes "off-topic" posts. Not some random kid with a motor mouth and spastic fingers.

Lastly not only do you spam here but you scam on ebay. Why don't you show the ebay auction? How much did you sell it for? I bet a lot more then you paid for it.

So unless you are a complete idiot you cant think someone would pay XXX amount for something so readily available on the internet for so much cheaper if its real.

Give the guy back his money.

Now go eat some more sugar so you can make your daily 20 posts.

Just because "authentic tiffany jewelery" has to be sold BY tiffany's doesn't mean that someone else could conceivably sell REAL jewelery...

There's no law that says you can't resell something after you buy it. "Not packaged for individual resale" on soda cans is a bunch of bullshit..it's a free market economy.

Now lying about a product is bad. My recommendation is that you refund the buyer, beg to paypal to not close your account, and have him send the jewelery back. Check it out, you'll know if it's the same item or not. Go to a jeweler's and see if the stone is original or was removed or whatever, AND see if it was fake. If so, go after the guy who sold you the fake.

It's YOUR FAULT for not checking in the first place. If you went to a jeweler who said "yes this is a real whatever diamond" FIRST, THEN sold it like you should have, then you wouldn't have gotten yourself in this mess. I think you need to refund the money, cut your losses, and start again, knowing that only retards trust the emails of some shady ebay jeweler.

"here you go honey"
"OMG where'd you get it"
"Ebay"

Yeah, she's gonna have sex with you after that. REal intelligent

number one you're not factoring in the fact I had a 6 day ban
number two i don't consider any of my shit spam. Unsolicited e-mail, often of a commercial nature, sent indiscriminately to multiple mailing lists, individuals, or newsgroups; junk e-mail.....that's not what I'm doing to this board. I'm bored, and I figure all you are too so why not just make some posts that aren't completely relevant but are at the same time. As for my posts about pickuplines (wtf), condoms (wtf), this poll (wtf). None of them are really true. Number one I made a poll asking for advice on how to start a conversation, not pick some chick up. In casey ou didn't notice it got 220+ replies and about 4,000 views, musta been pretty stupid huh? Never made a post about condoms so that's kinda wird...... and I think this poll is necessary because I'm wondering what to do here and what people think should be done. damn.

You say you want the opinion of people on this forum, but it seems that only applies if they justify your point of view.

Unfortunately for you, as the seller (or in this case, reseller) of the item, it kind of falls on you to back up the claim you make of the items being authentic whether you were aware if it was real or not. That is, at least, if you want to be know as a reputable seller.

I for one will just turn a cold shoulder to PNAA from now on. Never will I quote him, never will I direct any comments to him, and nevermore will I post in his threads.

That's the only way to get him to stop. Just ignore him.
