Just another bullshit "law". What if the person already own the music, or makes claim, that they own the music? Then there is no issue.

uh, i thought that iTunes came w/ software built in that if you pluggin in your iPod into a different computer, then it would erase the hard drive. shrug dosn't that pretty much make that entire law invalid?

nah u jsut hit no to the question when it asks u if u want to do that for itunes. or u use a program to copy the ipod to ur computer than it thinks u own the music cause its on computer. though itunes does protect songs u get from them, so even if u copy them they wont go back onto the ipod once u sync it up as yours, unless of course u get a program to remove the copy protection from itunes (not sure if there is one but im sure if you looked you could find one)

I can't wait until Microsoft releases a 'portable media' player.. i'd buy that instead of an apple.. Apple has gotten to the point where its merely a fashion statement, which I don't like to be a part of.. Give me an M$ player with 80gigs and I'll be content.

there are tons of players better than ipod jsut apple is very good at marketing they dont nessecarily have the best product they jsuyt market the best, so they sell the most which leads to profit and if they make money they will advance it.

i happen to like the iriver and zen micros a lot but they didnt even have them in stock when i went to buy them, and 1 guy i asked about it didnt even know what one was.
