I heard the more stuff you have on ur desktop, the longer it takes to shut down or start up the computer because it has to save all the desktop info.

anyway i never shut down my computer, and when I do I boot it and don't shut it down right..... In fact just before I booted it last time my uptime was 17 days P

The best place to get good themes is at deviantart.com.
However for 90% of themes you need to use a program called Windows Blinds, It can be reached at windowsblinds.net
