i usually listen to that not before a workout but befor a race or something at a meet. get's me pumped and ready to go, plus dancing across the pool deck gets your heart rate up. wink

These are mostly fast paced and heavy. Definitely works when you're in the gym.

I actually prefer to listen to Chris Botti when I work out. All the screaming in a lot of songs get repetative and annoying so putting the heat and annoyance together doesn't really work.
