i need to reverse a video clip...

I have a video clip that I need to play backwards. I looked in windows movie maker but I couldn't find anything, but I might have missed it. If it doesn't, what is a free program that I can use to reverse the clip? Thanx!

in what program do I put the speed to that? WMM?
