Hello, I was contact by the high bidder of some of my items saying he wants to back out of the sale. I know there's a way to mutually withdraw the sale without having to report unpaid bidder, so I can get my fees back. Anybody know how?

Or their forums. Thats what i usually do if I need to know something.

ill be nice, u still have to file unpaid dispute to get your fees back, but if u dont want to have a strike against the user there are options saying you both decided not to continue.
