anyone know of a place that will fix a scratched game? there was a store back home that was called games fx that did this for $2-$3 but there are none up at college. so if anyone can help me out i would appreciate it. also on one note i already called gamestop and they don't nor could they tell me of anyone who did.

well i'm looking for a place to do this for $2-$3 like the place back home did, i don't want to spend over $20 to fix a scratched game, especially since i don't really need to keep a spin doctor. plus i think the machines the other places use are of better quality. also i would be willing to try an online site that did this, i'm looking at some but if anyone has any experience with them let me know.
well u can always try to return it to the place u bought it from

FWIW, I've used white toothpaste and windex to refresh scratched CDs, perhaps you can google for similar methods for games.

Use rubbing alcohol and a cotton shirt. It fixed one of my games completely (except for the last level! evil ).

What does that do? Melt the scratches?
EDIT I was talking about the rubbing alcohol method.

You know, you could just google like he says instead of having him write a step-by-step of something you can find in less than a minute. There are so many guides online how to fix CDs...
I've said this before, but I wish someone would sticky "Please fucking google."

How to search is stickied in the rules, maybe they need to add Google to it.
