Converting Paypal into ePassporte

I can't add funds to my ePassporte account from my Paypal card, even though I have enough funds; don't know why. shrug
If I send the money through Paypal, is there someone willing to take 5 minutes out of their time to send that cash to my ePassporte? You have to have an ePassporte account though and the fee is only $0.25.

I don't have any Credit Cards and the process takes too long to add my Bank Debit Card.
I just want to send someone $30 through Paypal, who will then send that $30 to my ePassporte account, from their ePassporte account. I think overall it will be $5.25 in fees which I'm prepared to cover.

Well you'll have to add and verify a CC first, but if you have online statements (Bank, Paypal etc) then you'll be fine since they depoist 2 small amounts in your account so you can verify it.
As soon as that's done you should be good to go. D
