I'm aware of all of that. I'm aware that they locked 12DPs accounts and they're blackmailing assholes...... I didn't think they'd take their website down....just wondering if anyone has information on when/if it'll come back

Ah. Fortunately I've never dealt with Stormpay, but this kinda scares me about other smaller payment processors. I have some money in Firepay right now, for example.

I think Firepay mostly deals with casinos though, not ponzi scams and such, but I'm not sure.

Anyway, good luck with Stormpay!

Any one who uses stormpay should pull the money out as quick as possible and never use again.

Heres the story of Stormpay

About 5 years ago matrix sites hit the internet. They were nothing more then glorified ponzi schemes. They however florished and used Paypal as a payment processor. This lasted for about a year until Paypal realized it was a ponzi scheme. They then froze all the matrix sites assets and stopped allowing them.

1 Year later a 16 year kid in Tennessee see this and thinks "damn I should open a pay processor". So he does and calls it "stormpay". He then goes full blast at marketing his pay processor to all the matrix sites. Within 1 year he has every matrix site using his pay processor. Now guess what he does?

That's right he seizes all the funds from every matrix site. He then finds the funds to do a massive overhaul of his site. Spends thousands advertising his site. Plus more. Wonder where he got that money from?

Now a matrix site or ponzi scheme might be illegal but it is far worse when the pay proccessor steals it from the owners. Now the joiners (me and you) can never recover the funds.

Paypal was sued allong with a few CC pay processors after the 3 lasrgest matrix sites folded. Guess what, PAYPAL didnt have to refund a damn cent. Now wonder where Stormpay got its idea to start seizing monies when a company has huge amounts.

Stormpay is the biggest scam on the internet.

that isn't comforting. I mapquested stormpays address, and it's 5 hours from my house. clarskville is in bottom left cornor of TN and i'm in top right cornor of TN. I might go down there with some heavy artillary...haha just kidding. there's no way they can just close their site and never open it again..... it's just not pososible. not every stormpay account was dealing with an autosurf, they can't do it, can they?

Go ask tell someone that knows about investing or finances how 12DP works and they'll say pyramid scam before you even finish. NOTHING can offer 3000% returns a year. People are happy if their portfolios go up 5-10% returns of their investments. Seriously, I'm sorry you lost money but its a pyramid scam...

Yes for the life of me I cant remember his name. I won a large judgement against him from the Attorney Generals office, but 5 years later and still no monies.

He was a smart lil fucker. He actually opened his site out of like Belize or somewhere. A non-extradition country. All pay processors go though a bank from that country.

So the Tennessee AG couldn't get my monies unless I wanted to drive and file a small claims court lawsuit.

Yea hes a scammers scammer, but that just means hes still stealing our money.

Plus when sites like 12daily get sued they cant turn around and sue him. Since if they lose its because they were indeed running an illegal site. Thus proving his TOS violation. So nobody gets paid but Stormpay.

Lots of sites tried to copy his philosophy but he got the huge payoff from matrix sites so they could never catch up. After him all other ponzi sites started pulling monies hourly, lol

Other scam pay proccesors

solarpay
moopay

and few more I cant remember.

I would say Paypal is the biggest but honestly they are just trying to protect themselves. Stormpay opened his site to exploit Paypals refusal to do biz with those sites anymore.

This is why I never did anything with 12DP or StormPay.

PayPal may not be trusted by some people, but at least it's not run by a 16 year old kid, and it's never done me wrong.

The thing is just if 12DP is illegal (which it is) Stormpay can legally freeze the funds. PayPal did it when all the ponzis were using them and no one got anything back...

so even if 12DP is legal, stormpay can legally freeze funds? doesn't make sense x

They are retards. It is so obviously a pyramid scheme. How can they give you such high returns? The auto surfing makes them barely any money and is just a front to get people to get refs and have them keep pumping money in and get more refs.

Seriously just the fact that you can make such obsurdly high returns should've tipped you off. 44% return in 12 days? Thats just unheard of. They prayed on poor college students and younger because they knew they'd not be putting in enough to break them. If this was legit everyone in the country would be a moron to not have $10,000 make 44% every 12 days. Thats $4400 every 12 days for looking at 12 sites. It hurts me that people fall for this stuff and then cry when they get cleaned out...

OK. You're pissing me off almost as bad as the fuckers on ABC4News. They pay you in 17-23 days, depending on weekends or holidays. Just got a total blank abouot math and how to calculate, but I know that if you assume u get paid in 12 days exactly, that's 3.x% profit a day. Eh a little high, but still you don't get paid for another 5-7 business days after the 12 days. Also, people have been paid $100,000+ from 12DailyPro. 12DP isn't fraud or a scam. Obvoisuly not a scam.

Suspend your faith in ponzi schemes long enough to learn about how they're structured, and it becomes undeniably clear that they are unsustainable. If you received any money from 12dp, it was money taken from new "investors." The point at which money owed to old "investors" exceeds money received from new "investors" is the point at which these scams fold.
