here's the section of it that seemed to matter most
[quote1ea7aeff1b]We need to grow and move forward in a positive direction that will not only benefit StudioTraffic, but will also benefit each of our members. One of the ways we are doing this is by introducing the new Basic and Premium accounts, which provides the foundation for anyone to join.
Basic vs. Premium Accounts
Basic accounts will be for members who do not wish to advertise, but only want to view ads in SurfSTV and earn. Basic accounts will provide us an opportunity to accept anyone regardless of skills, talents, or background, and offer everyone a chance to earn money from viewing the ads in SurfSTV. Basic members will not be able to upgrade with any of their own funds, just with earnings. Since Basic members do not need to contribute any money of their own, there will be no need for auditing their accounts. The only funds in their account will be from earnings or referral commissions, thus eliminating the need to check whether payments are legitimate.
Premium accounts will be for members who have the need to advertise their own sites. They will also be able to earn considerably more than Basic members from viewing others’ ads in SurfSTV, which will make them our higher earners. We will be able to attract bigger advertisers and in turn increase our revenues, because the larger advertisers will be more interested in tapping into this focused market of high earners.
Also, Premium members will have the opportunity to form partnerships with StudioTraffic. We will be open to suggestions from members on how they would like to partner with us. Some ideas include partnering with us to set up your own offices (as one member in Romania did with his IT office), hire more employees in existing StudioPrograms offices run by other members, or help with the advertising of StudioPrograms. There is a niche for everyone at StudioPrograms. We run several businesses, which appeal to a variety of interests and audiences, and we have plans to introduce several more. You can choose to partner with us in the area and manner you find most appealing—and build financial security at the same time. We will be happy to work with you and set up the best opportunity for us to achieve mutual success.[/quote1ea7aeff1b]
Is there much to be worried about at this point? I already have in my account all the money I'm planning on putting in it, does that make me a basic or premium? Is this the beginning of the end?

I wonder how much it will cost to get a premium account. I finally have grown my account to over a 400 dollar level, which I am pretty proud of because I didn't put a dime of my own money in to get there.

I've cashed out $1000+ off $0 investment, but I have a great downline. I'm currently waiting for a withdrawal of $1064...that has been "held up" for quite a while now. At this point I wouldn't advise signing up, but if you choose to...hit me up for a ref link )
You might want to look into www.12dailypro.com , though, I've not done much with it at this point....again...if you choose to deposit, hit me up for a ref link )

I think it should be getting pretty alot better. StudioTraffic has been great to me so far as I have cashed out thousands and got my way up to a $18k+ account level in under a year thanks to some great referrals

this rule only applies to new members. if you were a member before last month you are already a premium member. they have stated the new rule will not affect old member at all

Well, I was a little slower on the boat so I don't have as many referals ( But we [i49cbf2d4e5]have[/i49cbf2d4e5] made profit on our investments. Not thousands, but hey profit is profit. Personally I think this "John" (obviously not his real name) is full of crap. But I am going to wait out the next few months and possibly just compound for a while to see where it all flows. I like 12DP and DadnDave's better )

I'm not so worried about the new account types as the planned required 6 month compounding for "in profit" users. If they can't afford to pay the in profit people now how the hell will they have enough to pay them all after 6 months of compounding accounts?!
Although I don't think ST is dead, I wouldn't feel comfortable putting any cash in so if you are considering it, wait and see just to be safe.
But then again the whole "hyip" world changes so often.
12dailypro doesn't look like much of an alternative either ;) http//www.abc4.com/local_news/local_headlines/story.aspx?content_id=BC62B852-E188-4515-880A-94B2F2375B65
