Since the other thread got drama'd up, I figured I'd post some since I have access to Veek's stash ;)
Warning, there may be some nudity in here, this is rated R and if you're not 18 you should close your eyes ;)
Also, please note, that Veek is a self tought photographer. He's pretty damn amazing, IMO. oops

I voted for 6 because it's just amazingly set up, however, I like 8 a lot too, as you can see hints of the color shes wearing all over. It's a neat affect if you look for it.
And 9's background with that sky and bird is amazing. It honestly doesn't look real...

Great contrast between the colours, it's surreal, simplistic. Her bum and her right foot break the horizon, bringing your attention to the sky and the top half whilst her hands and her head bring your attention to the grass and the bottom half.

I have my make up artist/hair stylist & wardrobe stylist on set. I'll often put my foot down and choose items I'd like the model to wear. Often I can just tell them what I want and they pull it off themselves.

I need to pick out one of these images. I'm having a hard time with tint and as you photographers know, tinting can be a little bit of an annoying process.
This was digitally shot, but have the same shot with a Pentax 6x7 medium format camera. Digital and film both accept lighting differently, which is the cause of my problem. shock

Number four only looks good when the other colorful ones aren't looked at first. Maybe I should have posted that one first, but I like the color more. Yet her expression looks cold and seductive. The desaturation makes it stand out more, yet it's still there in the color ones. Tricky.

I'm not a pro. photographer, but I think #1 looks the best. In the others, the girl looks too pale, like a ghost. It just seems like she has the most "life" in the 1st one.
I see what you're saying about putting image #4 first. It looks awful after looking at the first few pics first. However, I still think #1 looks the most natural and the looks the best for commercial advertising.

I'm with TSJ on #3, What I don't like about 1 and 2 is how hard it is to tell a difference between her skirt and his pants, with 3 you get a clear difference and don't lose much from the skin color. 4 Is too pale, 1 makes the clothing way to dark, 2 is good, it was a tough choice between 2 and 3, but I like the clear distinction between the clothing... IMO, not a professional or anything along those lines... I like the expressions in the pic tho!

i just went back and read this whole thread and checked out the pictures and everything, and I just want to say that I have a new respect for Veek. Those pictures are fantastic. I look at the pictures i take at parties and shit and compare them to this and it's just like, "wow."
