I downloaded a copy of the Office, it came as an ISO file. I am looking to extract the videos from the file and then convert them to put of my IPOD.

Can anyone reccomend a good program to extract the files?

thanks

Well you could just burn it as a DVD, use DVD Shrink to rip to your HD, then convert the VOB files in Videora and use Movie Maker or something to join all the files.

Actually DAEMON Tools is great for mounting ISO to a virtual drive.

http//www.daemon-tools.cc/dtcc/download.php?mode=Download&id=34

http//www.isobuster.com (havent used this one in a while so I dunno)

Also, winRAR from http//www.rarlabs.com does ISO files as well...

i personally use isobuster and it works a lot better than daemontools imo

alcohol 120% is the best, daemon tools and isobuster both suck(though i used those two for a long time until someone introduced me to alcohol 120%

Yeah, need a comma between me and get.

Alcohol 120% requires registration and daemon tools doesn't along with doing so much more.
