Yeah just say you got scammed. But it doesn't really matter what you write, because the only way you'll get the money returned is if the guy you paid doesn't respond (I think they have like a week to respond) and he has enough paypal in his account.
I've filed one a few times before, got lucky with Ryanish and got $25 back, the other 2 paypal just told me there's nothing they can do because its non-tangible or something

I send all my products as tangible goods with my address. That way, if I get screwed, I say I never received the product.
