landing pages

someone a short while ago (forgot who) posted about getting a domain and hosting a page to attract referrals. They needed help with graphics and stuff, so i was wondering... if I offered this as a sort of donation service where i host/design a page like this for you, would anyone be interested?

I accidentally clicked non-legit on a Freepay site because I thought it would link me to a comment about them, but it was a link to say that they weren't legit. oops
