What did you guys think?

Jack is seriously starting to piss me off, his character can be such an ass.

Wouldn't it have occurred to them to ask the others guy more about the island? And did anyone else notice how the guy almost seemed surprised when they mentioned Ethan.

Why did they immediately attack the survivors from the other side but they are negotiating a peace with this side?

I wonder what happened to Michael.

Michael? i think he found out where the others live cuz walt told him. that's why he went straight north in one straight line. he found out and then descided to shoot 'em up. lol..jk. i dunno...the others are very confusing right now...i just prefer to not think about it and wait till the next episode comes out. lol

I thought the same thing about asking more questions to the "Other". Personally I liked Jack in that episode. He finally stood up to stubborn ass Kate.

I still think the funniest thing about Lost is that they've been on the Island for two months and Hurley hasn't lost a pound. Where do you guys think Hurley met that lady?

Lol we must have created our threads at the same time... I'll go delete mine.

As a probable tie in to another character, who do you think the unnamed and unshown man was that jack's wife was seeing.

Desmond? Sawyer?

Oh yeah, also, read somewhere else that the person Zeke asked to bring kate in all tied up was named Alex... the same name as Rousseau's son. Coincidence, probably not.

Ya I dont understand why the others let them go. They had em by the balls with no weapons and at the very least couldve held them captive. The survivors are an obvious threat to the interests of the others and it makes no sense to let themm return back to their base and regroup and retaliate. Its obvious that they'll be on the island for a while and that a potential conflict between the 2 is very likely. I also find it funny now though that theyve decided to form an army of 40. Lol. Thats not an army thats a squadron.

Well at lkeast the show is moving forward even though I was a little dissapointed not to see Mr Ecko in this epsiode. Anyone think Micheal will wind up dead and theyve been trying to phase him out for a while. My predictyion is that Mike dies, Walt gets rescued and reveals his "speacial" powers. There going to try and fight the others but there will be some tragedies( Mike?).. Also looks like something will happen with Claire's baby. Cant wait for Hurley and Libs to hook up. Be far and above the best hookup of the show. As for Kate I wish they held her captive so there would be a more immenent confronation with the survivors and the others. Jack would go on his I need to fix this phase and the confrontation would be the highlight for next week. Now that they released Kate, it seems as though things will be slow again for a while between the 2 groups. Predict that theyyyy'll steal Claire's baby towards end of episode next week and then the following week their will be another confrontation.

Well, considering they are on an island with very few people, 40 people would definately be an army... but there is no way Jack will be able to convince all of them to join his army. My guess is he gets just a couple people in on it, like maybe Sayid and Jin...

I doubt michael dies...

The thing with Claire's baby is most likely a dream or hallucination since the next episode is a Charlie episode. Heroin withdrawl or use maybe.

I don't think they are getting Walt back for a while either.

I didnt like the episode, I thought it was going to be really great...one question, though, how did that guy know about Jacks history??

Anyways, so Jack has always been my nerves. His ego could take up the whole island lol

Mike has gone off the deep end. Did you hear him jabbering on about the computer? Ok, you're upset about your kid. Very understandable, I can see that. But this has gone waaay past that now...

It was indeed Alex who brought Kate out. I think that is a subtle hint that Rosseau will pop up again soon.

As far as Sarah's boyfriend on the side I definitely agree that it is too good of a connection to just have it be a random person. I don't think it would be Sawyer, because he is not a steady relationship type. Perhaps Desmond.

Oh and I'm sure Charlie and Locke are going to have it out sometime soon. Locke is great with Aaron and Charlie, in his heroin strung out mind is seeing this as infringement on his [ic960f62403]former[/ic960f62403] territory. Kinda wacko.

OK, I thought last night was a good episode. I didn't catch the Alex thing but notice they didn't show [b025ac31528]her[/b025ac31528] except for [b025ac31528]her[/b025ac31528] arm. You knew crazy Rosseau was going to come back at some point.

I think the others didn't kill the 4 of them because they maybe want to convert them. My theory for a while has been something (maybe the electromagnetic field) is causing the people to go nuts and all become freaky jungle people. I think this happened to Michael and next time we see him, he'll be an other. Or maybe they want them to form an "army" to draw the people out. For some reason the others don't like that side of the island.

Jack's wife is banging Sawyer or Eko )

My last thing I noticed was when they mentioned Ethan, the guy seemed to have a strange reaction and I always thought Ethan wasn't an other. I think maybe he is an outcast of the others and was trying to get back in their good grace by kidnapping Claire. Because the others never wanted Claire or her baby, they wanted Walt.

What you think?

Could be, but I think the others recruit children only... every bit of evidence so far leads to that conclusion. Alex, Walt, the brother and sister. They seem to kill anyone else that gets in there way.

Didn't realize Alex was a girl, I need to rewatch the episode.

That is a giant debate in the LOST universe - whether "Alex", Rosseau's child, is a boy or girl. There is evidence on both sides. Frankly I don't know why obstructing the sex of this character would benefit the plot in any way, from the producers' standpoint...

I think it was the last or 2nd to last of last season Rosseau said "her" referring to her child. I dind't believe it so went back and found the line. Thats pretty clear its a girl, whats the evidence its a boy?
